For every vessel’s survey / inspection or audit, our goal is, to be found in compliance with the governing rules, regulations & requirements and zero findings to be found. However, in case the inspection report includes any deficiencies/observations/non-compliances, Magnus Mare Consulting provides the Company with a recommended action plan that holds the required corrective actions to be taken to rectify the raised issues and restore vessel’s status. Subsequently, Magnus Mare provides the Company with the recommended preventive actions to be taken, to ensure future compliance and avoid recurrence.
We emphasize on Behavioural components of the human factor and in co-operation with Behavioural Based Safety experts, we can supply tailor made company specific plan to find and tackle Behavioural Based problems.
